We hired M&S construction based on a referral from our realtor. We had a basic understanding of what we wanted but they helped us bring clarity to our project. Once we knew what we were going to do they drew up an estimated budget that we worked off of. In the end they came in under budget and completed the project on time. They communicated well with us all during the project and even helped with colors and choices. We are pleased with their workmanship and with their subs. The subs were respectful of our home and the Paris's went above and beyond on multiple occasions to get things done.

We used M & S Paris Construction to build our home in the country. We had never built a home from scratch and were a little skeptical. After talking with Michael and Sharon they put our worries at ease. We had drawn up ideas of what we wanted and Michael drew the plans out to meet all our needs. They were there every step of the way, with one of them at the job site everyday! Sharon was a great help with interior decisions and Michael always knew the answer to the construction part of the project. Our home was completed in the time frame they had allotted. We would definitely use them again and have referred them to our friends who are in the market for a custom home!

M&S Paris Construction remodeled our home that my husbands' grandfather built in the mid 1950s. They were able to provide us guidance and expertise on maintaining the sentimental aspects while balancing our modern/contemporary style. They were extremely professional and were always available to answer any of our questions and/or concerns. They were flexible in incorporating the changes that we made along the way. Their contractors were always kind, thorough, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the high quality remodel and definitely recommend M&S Paris Construction!
